KP Building Authority Issues Revised Fee Structure

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Building Control Authority has approved new building plans and regularization fees across the province and issued a notification regarding charges for buildings and land use.

According to the notification:

• Residential buildings will be charged Rs 10 per square foot for building plan approval or regularisation.
• Commercial buildings will be charged Rs 20 per square foot for plan approval or regularisation.

Land Use Fees

The authority has also fixed land use fees as follows:

• Residential land use fee: Rs 2,000
• Commercial land use fee: Rs 10,000
• Housing scheme land use fee: Rs 100,000

The notification states that all fees must be deposited under the prescribed procedure, and no services will be provided without full payment.

The new rates have come into immediate effect, and all previous notifications regarding these charges have been withdrawn.
