Punjab Safe Cities Authority has launched an online tracking system for complaints registered through its 15 emergency helplines.
Under the new system, citizens can monitor the progress of their complaints around the clock. After registration of a first information report, authorities will send a WhatsApp message containing the download link, e-tag number, and relevant details of the complaint.
Complainants will receive a username and password through a message, allowing them to log in and check the status of their application. They can also download a copy of the FIR from home and submit feedback through the portal.
The authority has integrated the service with the Virtual Women’s Police Station, enabling women to access legal guidance and follow up support from home. Through the post FIR follow up mechanism, officials maintain continuous contact with affected women.
Citizens can track their complaint status at feedback.psca.gop.pk. To contact the Virtual Women’s Police Station, callers can dial 15 and press 2.
