Vivo has officially launched the Vivo Y05 in Pakistan, one year after the Vivo Y04 debuted in February 2025. The new model enters the local market as an entry-level device with a large battery and a high refresh rate display.
The Vivo Y05 features a 6.74-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 720 × 1600 pixels. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 1,200 nits peak brightness.
The device uses a metal frame paired with a plastic rear panel. It includes an RGB notification light on the back and carries an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
A fingerprint scanner is integrated into the power button on the side. The phone measures 167.4 × 77.1 × 8.4 mm and weighs 209 grams. It is available in black and white color options.
The handset runs on the 4G-only Unisoc T7225 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and offers 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, with support for expansion via a microSD card.
The device operates on Android 16 with Vivo’s OriginOS 6 interface layered on top.
On the rear, the Y05 is equipped with a single 8MP camera along with an LED flash. For selfies and video calls, it includes a 5MP front-facing camera.
