The Pakistani rupee (PKR) closed in green against the US Dollar (USD) for the 116th consecutive day on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, it posted losses against most of the other major currencies during today’s session.
The PKR closed at 279.36 after gaining one paisa against the US Dollar today.
The PKR has continued to grow against the greenback during the ongoing energy crisis across the globe. It didn’t do well against other popular currencies today.
Other Currencies
PKR closed in red against both the UAE Dirham (AED) and the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
Meanwhile, it lost Rs. 3.68 against the British Pound (GBP) and Rs. 2.71 against the Euro (EUR).
