Captain Shaheen Afridi said Pakistan will hand ODI debuts to Sahibzada Farhan, Maaz Sadaqat, and Shamyl Hussain, who are expected to bat in the top three in the opener.
He added that Bangladesh are strong at home but Pakistan feel prepared after winning recent ODI series at home against South Africa and Sri Lanka.
The series is the sides’ third bilateral white-ball contest since May 2025. In ODIs, Pakistan have won 34 of 39 matches between the teams, with one ending without a result.
