Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed concern over reported violations of the recently agreed ceasefire in the Middle East, urging all parties involved to exercise restraint and uphold commitments made under the peace arrangement.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the prime minister said incidents of ceasefire breaches at several locations risk undermining the fragile peace process and could derail ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving the conflict peacefully.
He stressed that the two-week ceasefire agreement was a critical opportunity for diplomacy to take precedence over confrontation, calling on all sides to fully respect the terms already agreed upon.
“I earnestly and sincerely urge all parties to exercise restraint and honour the ceasefire for the agreed two weeks so that diplomacy can lead the way towards a peaceful settlement,” the prime minister said.
Pakistan has been actively supporting diplomatic engagement to ease tensions in the region, with officials emphasizing that sustained calm on the ground remains essential for meaningful dialogue and long-term stability.

As a matter of fact PM has no personal respect around the world.
