Huawei Confirms Its New Passport Style Foldable Ahead of Apple And Samsung

Apple and Samsung have been rumored to be preparing passport-style foldables with wide aspect ratios for a while. But before those two companies, Huawei just went ahead and confirmed its own version along with its launch date.

The new wide foldable will be called the Huawei Pura X Max, which is scheduled to debut in China on April 20. The device will launch alongside the Huawei Pura 90 Pro.

The Pura X Max is expected to build on the design of the original Pura X, which featured a wide aspect ratio.
