Xiaomi 2K 144Hz Gaming Monitor Launched At Only $110

Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi G24Q monitor in China, targeting gamers and general users with a high refresh rate display and competitive pricing. The monitor is priced at only $110.

Design and Display

The Redmi G24Q features a Fast IPS panel with a 2560 x 1440 resolution and a 178-degree viewing angle. It uses a narrow three-sided bezel design, making it suitable for multi-monitor setups.

The display supports a 180Hz refresh rate and a 1ms GTG response time to reduce motion blur and ghosting. It also includes AMD FreeSync support and Dynamic OD tuning to improve clarity during fast-moving scenes.

The monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified and offers up to 400 nits of peak brightness. It covers 94% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and 100% of sRGB, delivering accurate colors. It uses 8-bit plus FRC technology for smoother color transitions and maintains a Delta E value below 2, making it suitable for creative work.

Xiaomi has included several gaming-focused tools such as custom crosshair overlays, dark scene enhancement, and a night vision mode to improve visibility in low-light conditions.

The Redmi G24Q includes TÜV Rheinland-certified low blue light technology and Xiaomi’s QingShan eye protection system, which reduces blue light without affecting color accuracy. It also supports DC dimming to eliminate screen flicker and reduce eye strain during extended use.

The monitor comes with two HDMI 2.0 ports and two DisplayPort 1.4 ports. The stand supports height adjustment, tilt, and rotation, and the monitor is compatible with VESA 75 x 75 mm wall mounts.

The Redmi G24Q is now available in China, though Xiaomi has not confirmed availability in other markets.
