The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced the final results of the CSS Competitive Examination 2025, with a low success rate reflecting the exam’s highly competitive nature.
According to the commission, a total of 12,792 candidates appeared in the examination, out of which only 355 candidates passed the written stage, resulting in a pass percentage of 2.77 percent.
The FPSC said that 170 candidates have been recommended for allocation to various occupational groups under the available vacancies and quota system, including 84 male and 86 female candidates.
The commission announced that Usaid Rafique secured first position, followed by Muhammad Mohsin Khalid in second place and Tariq Hafeez in third.
The FPSC said the top 30 position holders have been allocated to the Pakistan Administrative Service and Police Service of Pakistan. The commission added that none of the top 30 candidates were allocated to the Foreign Service.
According to the breakdown, 23 of the top 30 position holders belong to Punjab, while two candidates each are from Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and three candidates are from Balochistan. To check the complete result, visit the FPSC website.
