The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has extended the deadline for submission of job applications for its ongoing recruitment drive by one week, citing public interest.
According to an official notice issued under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, the last date to apply for FIA vacancies has been extended from May 4 to May 11, 2026.
The recruitment process was announced earlier for 1,394 vacant posts across the country, with applications invited through a nationwide advertisement published on April 19.
The agency clarified that all previously announced terms and conditions will remain unchanged, including the cut-off date for age calculation, educational qualifications, and required experience, which will still be considered as of May 4, 2026.
Applicants have been directed to submit their forms through the official online portal, as only online applications will be accepted. Officials said the extension aims to facilitate candidates and ensure maximum participation in the recruitment process.
