The ICT Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (ICT PERA) has directed all private schools to immediately remove the book from their curriculum, libraries, and classrooms.

The administration also announced that private educational institutions will not be allowed to include any book in their syllabus without obtaining a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Surprise inspection teams have been formed to check for the presence of banned books in schools.

Officials warned that schools violating the orders will face legal action and fines. Meanwhile, authorities have also decided to conduct raids on bookshops, declaring the sale of books without NOC approval illegal.

  • It’s how they are trying to hide the truth from the upcoming generation.
5 Martial Laws in the country
    Killing our leaders
Losing half of the country in 1971
    Election Rigging
    Political interference
    Smuggling on Borders
    Killing innocent peaceful protestors

Truth can never be hidden. Their families will definitely aware them about the shameful history.

  • I bet the book tells us how Corrupt the Military of Pakistan is and how it helped break Pakistan into two, how the military always is the bottle neck killing the people of Pakistan. While the Army people have thir kids study in top world universities pay a semester fee that is probably their entire lifes pay cheque. They enjoy everything, free travel, discounted fuel, free medical, they grab lands and call it DHA, make dumbs politicians work for them as while these Army personnel break and kill the generation of Pakistan behind the goons who run it.

  • Why this book is banned because they have written something on Imran Khan as well as about the corrupt government of our country

    • they have written in extensive detail about yahya khan and other former martial law executioners, imran khan is not part of syllabus but they call out all corrupt governments so they will call out his aswell when it is updated

  • Also take action against authorities who recommended, prove read and approved the book for syllabus.
Liberty is good but too much for politically corrupted and illiterate public is not good.

  • The book talked exactly about how Pakistan attacked India in secret operation. Which is the truth. Moreover, thanks to another comment, It’s how they are trying to hide the truth from the upcoming generation.

  • 欲盖弥彰,还有 掩耳盗铃!!couldn’t find one more accurate in Urdu the closest is الٹا چور کوتوال کو ڈانٹے یا پھر، اسے کہتے ہیں “اپنے پاؤں پر کلہاڑی “مارنا 🤦🏽‍♀️

  • Good move by government. History is just a perspective of individual and history of Pakistan by a British author can’t be unbiased for sure. All the moral brigades ruing here about hiding the truth from youth should keep in mind that nowhere have these British historians in their curriculum mentioned their stained history full of greed and atrocities. A couple of examples are British rule in India first through east India company and later through divisive politics and also the Balfour declaration sowing the seeds of Palestinian genocide we are seeing today.

  • Excellent
    I don’t want Gora’s writing our history
AlHamdoLilAllah we have a great system and should at least manage our own text books

  • Hmm wonder why, well, mostly students already know the truth regardless of removing the book won’t change anything.

  • It’s history of Pakistan by Nigel Kelly, search up it’s online pdf if you want to read it, they banned it over ch 15. Also the author is black not a gora you racists.

  • Of coursthe TTP, BLA, and perptrators of the 9 MAY treason, the PTI are all going to hate this decision which is an added bonus and a real pleasure for the patriots of Pakistan.
