The 1st day of Zil Hajj will be observed on Monday, 18 May 2026, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee announced a short while ago.
This has further confirmed that Eid Ul Azha will be observed in Pakistan on 10 Zil Hajj 1447 A.H., i.e. Wednesday, 27th May 2026.
The final announcement regarding the beginning of Zil Hajj was made by the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, which relies on both scientific data and physical moon sighting reports.
The day of Arafah falls on the 9th of Zil Hajj, which is the day before Eid, and will be observed on Tuesday, 26th May 2026.
