A newly built 120-bed FC Hospital has been opened for the public in Turbat after being completed in less than a year.
Set up with the support of FC Balochistan South, the hospital will provide round-the-clock emergency and trauma care services for patients in the area.
The facility has been equipped with modern medical services, including CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound, while a dedicated section has also been established to provide improved care for women and children.
Officials said specialist doctors will be available in multiple departments ranging from general medicine to neurosurgery. The hospital also includes modern operation theatres, an oxygen generation plant, and 1.1 megawatts of backup power to support uninterrupted treatment.
A modern hygiene and sterilization system has also been installed at the hospital in line with international infection prevention standards.
The opening of the facility has been welcomed by local residents, who praised the efforts behind the project and described it as an important addition to healthcare services in Turbat.
