Peshawar High Court Announces Summer Vacations

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has announced the summer vacations schedule for the subordinate judiciary across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to a notification issued, the courts of senior civil judges and civil judges across the province will remain closed for summer vacations from August 1 to August 31.

However, courts in colder areas of the province will not observe summer vacations. These areas include Upper Chitral, Lower Chitral, Upper Dir, Shangla, Battagram, Kurram, and the tehsils of Khwaza Khela, Bahrain, and Kalam.

Instead, courts in these areas will observe winter vacations from January 1 to January 31, 2027.

The Peshawar High Court said arrangements have been made to ensure uninterrupted access to justice during the vacation period.
