According to the official announcement, applicants must possess a valid Undergraduate Studies Admission Test (USAT) score. Specifically, the test must have been taken on or after June 13, 2025, and must remain valid until June 13, 2026.
HEC has clarified that it will not conduct a separate USAT test for this scholarship cycle, and candidates must meet the minimum score requirements to be considered for nomination.
Candidates must submit their applications online through the HEC portal. The commission advises students to ensure all documentation is complete and verified before the deadline.
The scholarship aims to strengthen cultural and educational ties between Pakistan and Oman while supporting the academic growth of talented students.
The deadline for the submission of online applications is July 13, 2026. Interested students can find detailed eligibility criteria and application instructions on the HEC website or by scanning the official QR codes provided in the scholarship advertisement.
