OMODA & JAECOO Pakistan has released a new teaser hinting at the arrival of its next electrified SUV, widely expected to be the OMODA 7 PHEV.
While the company has not officially confirmed the model’s name, the teaser references a plug-in hybrid (PHEV), and the vehicle’s distinctive front lighting signature and design strongly suggest the OMODA 7. The teaser indicates that the model’s Pakistan launch could be approaching.
The OMODA 7 was previously showcased at the Beijing Auto Show 2026 as part of the brand’s expanding global lineup of electrified SUVs. Its appearance highlighted OMODA’s commitment to advanced hybrid mobility and signalled its expansion into key international markets, including Pakistan.
Positioned above the OMODA E5, the OMODA 7 is expected to strengthen the brand’s presence in the premium midsize SUV segment.
Internationally, the OMODA 7 PHEV features a plug-in hybrid powertrain that combines a petrol engine with an electric motor, delivering an efficient and refined driving experience. The SUV offers an electric-only driving range of over 90 km, making it well suited for daily urban commuting while retaining the flexibility of a petrol engine for longer journeys.
The global model comes equipped with a large infotainment display, a digital instrument cluster, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), a panoramic camera, multiple driving modes, and a premium cabin experience. Specifications for the Pakistan market will be announced closer to launch.
