Germany Sees 14% Rise in Pakistani Students Over Two Years

The number of Pakistani students travelling to Germany has increased by 14% compared with the previous two years, according to Germany’s Head of Consular Affairs in Islamabad, Kai Rutzberger.

Rutzberger praised Pakistani students for their academic ability and ambition.

He said Pakistani students who move to Germany are highly intelligent. They study at leading universities and actively search for strong career opportunities.

Pakistani Students Showing Greater Interest in Germany

Rutzberger said Germany has recorded a 14% increase in Pakistani students over the past two years.

The rise reflects growing interest among Pakistani students in German universities, research opportunities and professional careers.

He also said many Pakistani students are learning the German language and becoming increasingly proficient in it.

Students Warned Against Relying on Admission Agents

The German consular official also clarified that major German universities do not offer admissions through agents.

Therefore, students should avoid depending on unofficial consultants or individuals who claim they can secure admission on behalf of German institutions.

He advised applicants to follow official procedures and verify all requirements through trusted sources.

Visa Rules Available on German Embassy Website

Rutzberger said the German Embassy’s official website contains complete information about visa rules and application requirements.

Students planning to study in Germany should review the website carefully before submitting their applications.

They should also prepare the required documents, meet the academic conditions and follow the official visa process to avoid delays or fraud.
