While Pakistani celebrities are divided over watching or not watching Ertugrul Ghazi, Imran Abbas reveals an interesting reason why he hasn’t watched the series yet.
He interacted with his fans in a Q and A session on his Instagram and was asked about his views on the popular Turkish series.
“Are you watching Ertugrul?” a fan asked.
Unlike others, who are either biased towards foreign content or are all about creating the hype, Imran Abbas has a rather different and interesting reason for not watching Ertugrul.
The actor revealed that he isn’t watching the drama because he prefers reading over TV or films. But he has heard good things about it.
“I prefer reading and that includes Islamic history too. I am not much into watching TV and films. Heard it’s a very good one,” he said.
When another fan asked if he watches Turkish dramas, he said that he doesn’t watch dramas at all. Which is pretty ironic considering he himself performs in dramas and is one of the most sought after actors in Pakistan.
Like he said before, he isn’t interested in television.
“I don’t watch dramas. Be it Pakistani or Turkish.”
