Umer Aalam Wins Reality Show Tamasha Season 1

Mareeha Safdar was declared the runner-up of the reality show.

Pakistan’s biggest reality show, Tamasha, ended over the weekend with a bang, and after 43 days, Umer Aalam emerged as the winner of the show.

The 37-year-old actor and model got to take a whopping Rs. 25 lakh home, and we can’t think of anyone more deserving.

On the other hand, the gorgeous model Mareeha Safdar was the runner-up among two more contestants — Rauf Lala and Aadi Adeel.

The two finalists, Umer and Mareeha, had competed against each other in a series of fun and challenging tasks, with the former ultimately emerging victorious with the highest scores.

The show’s host, Adnan Siddiqui, and the channel, Ary Digital, announced the winners on Twitter as well.

Here is what the winner remarked:

The other contestants also won titles for their hard work in the house full of drama, as announced by ARY Digital.

The reality show Tamasha took over social media and TRP ratings by storm. Its gist and patterns were the same as the Indian show Bigg Boss, which was also derived from the Hollywood reality show Big Brother.

All players were locked up in a house for 43 days, compelled to abide by all the rules with assigned tasks to perform in order to save themselves from elimination and to win the jackpot.

The reality show had started on a bland note but as it progressed, it turned out to be packed with masala with petty fights, banter, bickering, and contestants turning on each other, which left the audience binge-watching it.
