In the latest episode of “What is Rakhi Sawant Up To?” the queen of controversy has announced that she’s “getting married” to Pakistani actor Dodi Khan.
Yes, Hania Aamir’s new “bestie” is ready to tie the knot in Pakistan after Khan “proposed” to her in a cheeky Instagram video.
Rakhi’s newfound love affair with Pakistan began when she expressed her frustrations over India’s TikTok ban. In true Rakhi fashion, she didn’t just complain—she threatened Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi (yes, threatened Modi) that she would move to Pakistan, eat halwa puri, and marry a Pakistani man.
Well, it seems like she’s making good on that promise. After posting a video claiming she was at Lahore airport waiting for her new bestie, Hania Aamir, to pick her up, Dodi Khan swooped in with a proposal.
“Should we send the baraat to India or Dubai?” Khan asked in his Instagram video, ending it with a cheeky “love you.”
And what’s a girl to do when a man proposes with such flair? Say yes, of course! Rakhi Sawant wasted no time in declaring her love for Dodi Khan.
Speaking to Indian outlet News 18, Rakhi confirmed the news:
He is my love. We love each other. He is from Pakistan. I am from India, so we will have a love marriage.
She also took a moment to throw shade at her ex-husband, Adil Khan Durrani, saying: “Adil is jealous of my marriage, so he wants bad publicity, wrong publicity from my name, and I really don’t want to give any publicity to that idiot.”
Fatima, Rakhi revealed that she had prayed for a Muslim husband during her three visits to Makkah. She said she wanted someone who prayed five times a day and was “maulana type.”
Enter Dodi Khan, the Pakistani actor known for his roles in Ghabrana Nahi Hai and Durj. According to Rakhi, the wedding will be an Islamic ceremony held in Pakistan. “Dodi from Pakistan has proposed to me, and I have said yes to him,” she said.
When asked about future children, Rakhi admitted she hadn’t thought that far ahead. “I haven’t thought about the kids, and if they will be born in Pakistan or India,” she said.
