A man impersonating a Pakistan Army Brigadier, Arslan Hayat, has been accused of raping a female TikToker who was allegedly posing as a lady constable. The girl’s father had filed an FIR as the case was registered at the Airport Police Station, Rawalpindi, under Section 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
According to the FIR filed by the victim’s father, Arslan Hayat lured the woman to his residence in Airport Housing Society on the pretext of helping her secure a job in the police department.
Once there, he allegedly raped her and later threatened her and her family with dire consequences if they reported the incident. The accused also continued to harass the victim and her family through phone calls and messages.
The case was brought before Additional District and Sessions Judge Afshan Ijaz Sufi, who rejected Arslan Hayat’s bail application and ordered his immediate arrest.
However, Hayat managed to escape from the courthouse before police could detain him. Authorities have stated that efforts are underway to apprehend the accused.
Rawalpindi Police are continuing their investigation and have assured the victim’s family of legal protection.
