We all know that 2020 hasn’t been kind to us since the beginning. Millions of people have lost their lives due to the novel coronavirus. And our struggle to continue to fight with it goes on every day.
With the easing of lockdown, Pakistan has observed a shocking increase in the number of infected cases. But are people taking it seriously? We don’t think so.
Actress Aamna Malick recently shared the pain of losing a family member to coronavirus so that people stop taking it as a joke.
“Those who say corona isn’t real, I’m here to tell them it does exist,” Aamna said as she burst into tears.
In an Instagram video, a grief-stricken Aamna addresses her followers and tells them how her 23-year-old cousin brother died due to the virus.
“My 23-year-old younger cousin couldn’t survive because of corona. Both of his lungs collapsed and he was kept on ventilator but he couldn’t survive.”

Aamna Malick further urged the public to take it seriously, especially the younger generation as they can’t seem to stay indoors anymore.
“This happened to us and it can happen to anyone. Those who say young people aren’t at a bigger risk and they can easily recover from it, it’s all a lie. My 23-year-old cousin passed away last night. Please stay home and stay safe,” she said.

Earlier, Aamna Malick had requested her followers to pray for her cousin’s health as he had been on a ventilator. She also asked to contact her family if anyone had any information about plasma transfusion for treating coronavirus.
