Who is Colonel ki biwi?
The identity of the woman has not been confirmed and the FIR was filed against an unknown woman. However there is plenty of speculation and theories on social media.
Her husband is also a mannerless person. Lt Col Muhammad Farroq Khan misbehaved with traffic police in 2018. What a compatibility!!! Marriage made in hell !!!#ColonelKiBiwi @odysseuslahori pic.twitter.com/6zHYpUnlZO

Some are calling this woman an imposter.
As for rumors of the policemen being reprimanding for not succumbing to the ‘Colonel Ki Biwi‘, Mansehra Police told Dawn News, that’s not true.
“It is further clarified that no one is above the law, and in this case too law will take its due course.”
