Controversial British-American influencer and former kickboxer, Tristan Tate set social media abuzz with a simple but loaded message: “Free Imran Khan!” The tweet, which quickly went viral, has sparked mixed reactions online, with supporters of Pakistan’s former Prime Minister wondering whether to be happy or upset about Tate’s endorsement.

Tate Brothers’ Love for Khan
Tristan Tate and his brother, Andrew Tate, who were embroiled in a human trafficking case in Romania not long ago, are best known for their brash “alpha male” personas, promoting redpill ideology, and frequent run-ins with the law, the Tate brothers have built a massive following—often courting attention with provocative statements. Their support of Imran Khan, however, has raised eyebrows.
Yet, this isn’t the first time the Tates have spoken out about Imran Khan. During Imran Khan’s arrest in 2023, both brothers drew parallels between their own legal troubles and the former Pakistani leader’s predicament, often framing themselves as victims of political persecution. Andrew Tate, in particular, has compared his and his brother’s detentions in Romania to what he describes as “unjust” treatment of Imran Khan, painting all three as targets of corrupt systems.
Imran Khan’s Arrest and Current Situation
Imran Khan was arrested in August 2023 on corruption charges, including allegations of illegally selling state gifts and misusing his office. His arrest triggered widespread protests in Pakistan and condemnation from his supporters, who claim the charges are politically motivated. Imran Khan has been held in Adiala Jail, where his legal team and family allege he has faced harsh conditions, including solitary confinement and limited access to legal counsel.
Recently, Imran Khan’s sons, Sulaiman Isa Khan and Kasim Khan, made a rare public appearance on a podcast, breaking their long silence. They described their father’s treatment in jail as “inhumane,” detailing poor living conditions and lack of medical care. The brothers made an emotional appeal to the international community—including former US President Donald Trump—to help secure their father’s release.

Totally agree with them ….Release Imran Khan
