Ingredients for Garlic Mayonnaise Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- In a tall container add all the ingredients, except oil and garlic.
- With the help of a hand blender, blend until well incorporated.
- Gradually add oil in a continuous stream and keep blending.
- Lastly, add in the chopped garlic, pour the mayo in an airtight container and refrigerate. Serve!
