Sometimes fame has a way of getting inside our heads. It makes people think that what they do is amazing and the rest have to live up to their standards, when in actuality that’s not the case. Take Saad ur Rehman, who goes by Ducky Bhai on YouTube, who decided to mock TikTok users. He claims that only talented and ‘less cringey’ personalities can come on YouTube.
Of course, knowing what sort of content Ducky Bhai pushes out himself, this did not sit well with anyone.
Ducky Bhai on TikTok
The Pakistani YouTuber recently took to Twitter to address India’s ban on TikTok. He simply tweeted:
“Even if Tiktok gets banned in Pakistan, non lip sync, talented and less cringy people are welcome to YouTube. Rest stay the f*** away from the platform for God sake.”
Saad believed that most of the internet would agree with him. However, people beg to differ. His tweet was an indirect mockery of the TikTok community and they did not take lightly to his gate-keeping remarks.
Not only that, they disagreed with him because of the hypocrisy of his statement. People commented that the only reason he is famous is by mocking lesser-known YouTubers and TikTokers. Not only that, Ducky Bhai got called out for producing ‘talentless’ and ‘cringey’ content himself.
