Twitter’s new CEO, Elon Musk, responded to Pakistani singer and actor Ali Zafar’s tweet about developing better incentives for social media content creators and gracefully acknowledged the suggestion.
Ali Zafar, commented on Musk’s tweet on Monday, asking Twitterati what could be done to make Twitter better than TikTok.
“Bigger incentives for content creators,” the singer wrote and added, “Go beyond ‘likes’ and ‘followers’. Enable them to build their own on line digital empires. A world they can create, learn, and earn from”.
Ali Zafar suggested that Elon Musk “change the algorithms” and stated that people in the US “should be able come across content being made in Japan more easily and vice versa”.
Another important thing. Change the algorithms. A person sitting in U.S should be able to come across content being made in Japan more easily and vice versa. Tweets and content should have a much higher reach and monetisation. Companies can pay for reach, individuals can’t.

The SpaceX chief acknowledged Ali Zafar’s suggestion yesterday and replied: “True, Twitter has amazing content in Japan — roughly half of all adults online — but it’s almost never seen outside of Japan”.

Twitter’s new CEO is on a mission to revamp the popular micro-blogging platform. He recently got global attention after announcing that people will have to pay a fee of $8 per month to keep their profile’s verification blue tick badges.
Ali Zafar’s suggestion sounds reasonable in comparison to Elon Musk’s other policies. What do you think? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
