Controversial actor, Feroze Khan has been ordered by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to hand over his real cell phone after the Habs star submitted a dummy phone to the investigating officers.
The FIA recently confiscated Khan’s mobile during their ongoing investigation against the actor. However, upon further examination, FIA officers realized that Feroze Khan pulled a fast one on them as the phone he provided was a dummy.
Initially, Feroze Khan’s lawyer, Shabir Shah spoke against FIA’s seizure of his client’s cell phone, calling it an “ongoing breach of privacy” during a press meet outside the High Court. He went on to say:
This is such a case where an ordinary citizen – without a warrant, without a search or seizure order – has been detained by the FIA, and has had his phone taken.
Shah continued, “Feroze was made to wait three to four hours. When informed that they do not have such powers without a search warrant or seizure order, they did not let him go till he handed over his phone”.
Feroze Khan has been under severe criticism for the past few months after his ex-wife, Aliza Sultan, accused him of domestic abuse. In response, Feroze Khan retaliated by filing lawsuits against his wife as well as prominent celebrities who spoke up against him.

Not only that, but Feroze Khan also leaked the phone numbers and private information of several showbiz personalities by sharing legal notice online.
