After acting and hosting TV shows, actress Fiza Ali is on her way to becoming a ‘triple threat’ by showing off her singing skills. The Naagin actress released her first music video ‘Harra Rang‘.

Since the actress made her claim to fame with Pakistan Television’s drama serial ‘Mehndi‘, it’s only fitting that her first music single is also a Mehndi song.

Arbaz Taffu is the man behind the music, with Alishba Khan heading production under the Panther Studios banner. Saher Asim and Sahibzada Mohsin were at the directing helm.

Fiza Ali is back?

Although the Lagan actress is a Karachi native, she opted to debut with a Punjabi track. Punjabi singer Mazhar Rahi penned the lyrics. For those that are into homegrown Punjabi music, you know who Mazhar Rahi is.

The Punjabi singer rose to prominence with tracks like Nashe Diye Botle and his rendition of Bilo Tari Ba Phar Kay back in the mid-2000s. His music style really grew to fit with contemporary themes like his tracks TikTok Queen, Magazina, Shakira, etc.

Looks like the Mor Mahal actress took him back to basics with Harra Rang. The track is upbeat with a nostalgic feel to it, making it the perfect ‘something old, and something new’ Mehndi anthem.

It’s safe to say that this is a Mazhar Rahi song, with Fiza Ali stepping in as a featured artist. Mazhar Rahi fills in the heavy vocals with Fiza Ali mostly in the chorus lines.
