General Asim Saleem Bajwa, who currently took charge as the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting (since yesterday), is a retired Army general.
He also served as the former ISPR spokesperson and is well known for his capabilities and military achievements even across the border. Not just that, General Asim is also leading certain aspects of the strategically important CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor) project.
But he is so much more than that. Like us, he has a family too. He might be a reputable Army officer with prestigious titles, but behind the cameras, he is a man who also adores his family.

No doubt Lieutenant General Retired Asim Bajwa is a well rounded personality. Munazza has brought to fore that he is basically a family man. His humble, friendly personality resulted in being a very likeable person by anyone who saw him. A very confident professional who is a good selection by Prime Minister for his new appointment.
I however, do not agree with your comment that the trend on social media made General Raheel Sharif as one of the most popular Army Chief. His performance, his overpowering personality made him the Best Army Chief of Pakistan since 1947.
