Hajra Yamin

Pinky Memsaab actress Hajra Yamin will next be seen in Momina Duraid Productions’ collaboration with Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Hajra Yamin is set to play the role of a journalist in the Saife Hassan directorial. The actress is set to add another interesting character to her already impressive line of performances.

Besides Hajra, the ISPR collaboration will also cast actors such as Ahad Raza Mir, Osman Khalid Butt, and Zara Noor Abbas.

MD Productions Partners with ISPR

The MD Productions-ISPR collab will be a television production. Hajra Yamin revealed that they will start shooting soon around September.

“The serial is a collaboration between Momina Duraid productions and ISPR, and it will be directed by Saife Hassan.

I am pretty stoked about being on board, and the shoot is expected to commence in the coming few months, around September.”

While Hajra is tight-lipped about the details of the TV production, she did reveal that she will play a strong woman (we getting Lois Lane vibes here to be honest). She revealed that this would be unlike anything she’s done on screen before.

“My character is that of a journalist, and a very daring one, who is out there to get things done.”

Surprisingly she has done a similar role for an ISPR theater play a few years back.

“Nature works in weird ways. I did a theater play in Islamabad for ISPR six years back, and the role has similar shades to that one.”
