Pakistani fast bowler, Haris Rauf, celebrated his 29th birthday with his teammates in Australia today.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) posted a video clip of him amid the celebrations on its official YouTube channel.
The Pakistani team’s mentor for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, Matthew Hayden, hugged the Rawalpindi native, as did Mohammad Haris and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
Shadab Khan and Shaheen Shah Afridi had a bit of fun as they decided to cut the birthday cake themselves with Haris Rauf screaming “Meri Hai! (its mine)” in the back.
He managed to get to cut his cake to Asif Ali, Wasim Jr., Dahani, Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, and the others singing Happy Birthday.
Haris Rauf’s teammates also wished the cricketer on Twitter.
Here are a few birthday tweets by Shadab Khan, Mohammad Nawaz, and even Rumman Raees.

Morale in the Pakistani camp is high, especially after Sunday’s miracle that placed the men in green in the semi-finalists of the 2022 T20i World Cup.
The Miracle in Adelaide
In a surprising turn of events, the Pakistan cricket team reached the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2022 after the Netherlands defeated World Cup favorite, South Africa, and Pakistan beat Bangladesh by five wickets in the Super 12 Stage on Sunday.
The victory meant that Pakistan is now one of the semi-finalists alongside New Zealand, England, and arch-rival India. The men in green will be up against the Kiwis in the first semi-final on Wednesday in Sydney, Australia.
It is nice to see the players in good spirits as Pakistani fans hope that Haris Rauf and the team put on another stellar performance and book their place in the World Cup final.
