Hobbit Fans Can Now Buy These Little Homes in Islamabad [Pictures]

Your chance to live like Frodo!

Hobbitown Resorts Club in islamabad

In a hole in the ground there lived a Hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a Hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.

For those of you who are The Hobbit or There and Back Again fans, this particular quote might ring a bell. If not, then you most definitely know the famous The Lord of the Rings, and characters Bilbo and Frodo Baggins.

The Hobbits, as described by the book and shown in the movie, lived in Hobbiton and their houses were, you guessed it, in holes! These holes were dug and turned into comfortable and luxurious houses for wealthy hobbits.

This is where the hobbits lived.

Ever fancied living inside one of these things? Well, now you can.

For the Hobbit Fans

There’s great news for all luxurious hobbits. You can buy a family resort or farmhouse in Islamabad that features everything Hobitton related.

This is the brainchild of Hobbitown Resorts Club director, Mudassir Khan. He reveals that the construction on these quaint houses will be complete by the end of this year. He further added that the basic structure has been built, and they’re now working on the hobbits.

Hobbiton, in New Zealand, is the place where the films were shot. Mudassir says he wants to replicate it as closely as they can.

We’re trying to create a replica of New Zealand’s Hobbiton.

The resort is located on Chabeli road, and apart from buying the plots, you can also get a membership for PKR 1 million. The buying process has already begun, and it is open for public buying since 9th May 2020.

All the J. R. R. Tolkien fans can also enjoy destination weddings, birthdays, and other events at the location.

Let’s take a look at some of the pictures of Hobbitown Resorts Club:
