The actress revealed that since she’s so much like her father, she wants her husband to be like her mum Sunita Kapoor. Sonam Kapoor is as dreamy and non-pragmatic as her dad.
Since they both are childish at times and worry her mom sometimes, it was Sunita Kapoor who suggested that Sonam needs a man like Sunita.

As Anil Kapoor’s firstborn, Sonam was pampered to the core despite Anil not being present over most parts of her childhood.

“My father doesn’t believe in marriage, he thinks that it’s a very old-fashioned concept. The men in my family are completely against marriage. So whoever has to marry me has to go through like six brothers and a father.”
