Indian Police Detain Two ‘Suicide Bombers’ Only to Discover They Were Actors

Even after learning about their massive blunder, the Indian police stuck to their story.

So turns out Indian police is really cracking down on terrorist actors (literally). Indian police recently arrested two suicide bombers, who were actually Bollywood actors shooting a movie.

No these Bollywood actors are not involved in any criminal activity. They’re just playing terrorists in Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s upcoming movie. These actors Balram Ginwala and Arbaaz Khan caused quite a commotion (one of them isn’t even Muslim).

The two actors were pursued as part of an intense anti-terrorist operation in Vasai–Virar city just outside of Mumbai.
It seems a former Border Security Force soldier caused the false alarm after seeing the two actors in costume. The soldier told police about ‘two suspicious men wearing suicide bombers’ vests‘ (the costumes really threw them off).

In the actors’ defense, they were headed to the film set (office dress code).

Police then kicked into action and rushed to prevent a potential terrorist plot.  Using CCTV footage the police tracked the suspects to a bus. The bus which they took to work.

As the actors headed back to the film set, the police discovered that the alleged ‘suicide bombers’ were film actors. Even the production unit confirmed that the ‘suspected terrorists’ were actually just actors.
