‘Jesus (PBUH) has died and there is no second coming of Imam Mehdi’: Public Criticizes Hamza Ali Abbasi Over His Statement

Former actor turn Islamic scholar Hamza Ali Abbasi lands in hot waters after sharing some questionable thoughts about Islam, Jesus (PBUH) and the Day of Judgment.

Hamza Ali Abbasi left acting to live a more a Islamic lifestyle and spread its teachings to his fans. Often times, Hamza takes to YouTube to discuss various Islamic topics with his teacher and guide Javed Ghamdi.

Recently, the actor took to his Twitter to write a long and lengthy note, detailing his view point of Islam.

“I believe Jesus (PBUH) has died and there is no second coming of him or any Imam Mehdi,” Hamza writes.

He further said that he believes in finality of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) which is why there will be no continuation of Naboowat, Risalat nor Imamat as Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the last messenger of Allah.

Hamza wrote a long and lengthy note on social media, raising several points including one that there is no divinely ordained worldly punishment for mocking, insulting of God, Islam or any Prophet of God (PBUH).
