Singer-cum-actor Junaid Khan is set to return to the silver screen with ‘Kahay Dil Jidhar’. Junaid Khan will debut as a lead in the film.
The Call frontman made his film debut with Bin Roye but was cast in a side role.
Kahay Dil Jidhar cast Junaid Khan as the lead opposite Mansha Pasha. Mansha recently made her film debut with crime thriller Laal Kabotaar. Veteran actor Sajid Hasan will also be seen in the film.
Jalal Rumi is directing the film. He’s considered an established TVC director and Kahay Dil Jidhar will be Rumi’s first feature length film.

Meanwhile, Kamran Bari is producing the movie. He is also playing a character in the film.
Kahay Dil Jidhar Schedule
Junaid Khan refused to share further details. The Ye Mera Dewanapan Hai actor did reveal that the film is currently in the shooting phase and will be completed in October.
Currently, the singer-songwriter is playing the role of Ayeza Khan’s husband in the actress’ comeback project Yaariyan. Junaid Khan will also be seen in Makafaat with Hira Mani and Atiqa Odho.

Makafaat is directed by Ahmed Kamran and produced by Hassan Zia. Junaid Khan wasn’t willing to reveal details about the drama serial wither.
Junaid Khan has appeared in several hit dramas, including Sun Yara, Kamzarf, Hania and Khasara, in the past.
