Malala Yousafzai Wore This Designer Dress On Her Nikkah

Malala Yousafzai, the Nobel Laureate made a big announcement on her social media account about her marriage. The education activist tied a knot with the General Manager of PCB Asser Malik in an intimate ceremony in Birmingham with only close friends and family.

“Today marks a precious day in my life,” she wrote in a Twitter post. “Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families,”

Malala, her family, and friends shared pictures of their private ceremony on social media. Many celebrities and media persons congratulated the couple.

During the Nikkah event, Malala is wearing the beautiful traditional attire of mauve color by Pakistan fashion brand Zaaviay.

She looks stunning in this breathtaking raw silk ensemble with detailed asymmetrical embroidery of kora, Dabka, and Zari. It is paired with a mauve organza dupatta with Chann on it and four sides maroon finishing with a small border of embroidery.

The pretty bride has accessorized the outfit for the occasion with dull gold mang-tikka and loop earrings and subtle makeup to ace the look.
