After it came to light that Managing Director Chaudhary Group of Companies, Kashif Zameer is wanted for several criminal offenses, he has been arrested in Lahore. The man who brought Ertugrul Ghazi star Engin Altan Düzyatan to Pakistan is now behind bars.

According to 24News, SSP (Investigation) supervised the arrest of Kashif Zameer late on Wednesday night. While he is booked in eight cases, the arrest was made on fraud charges. The MD of Chaudhary Group of Companies’ armed friends were also arrested. Police say the accused and his friends put up a fight during the arrest.
They were all shifted to a police station for further investigation.
Engin Altan was invited to Pakistan by Kashif Zameer to be a global brand ambassador for his company. Since his arrival in Lahore on December 10, Kashif Zameer has been hosting the Turkish star.
Once the MD landed in the spotlight for bringing the Kursun star to Pakistan, media outlets brought up his criminal history. It was inevitable that sooner or later police had to go after the wanted man.
He has also been accused of threatening media persons for highlighting his alleged involvement in criminal cases.
