In another violent crime against a woman, a man killed his wife for wanting clothes for their children to wear on Eid-ul-Adha.
As per reports from ARY News, a man named Pervaiz allegedly killed his spouse because she asked for clothes for their children to wear on Eid. The victim asked her husband to buy clothes for their children.
The incident took place in Hafizabad. The police arrived at the scene of the crime, they took the body of the victim into custody. Her body has been sent for medical examination. Police are investigating the matter.
Meanwhile, the victim’s father alleges that his son-in-law Pervaiz killed his daughter with the help of his brother. Meaning the man killed his wife with an accomplice.
This isn’t the most extreme case of violence against women in recent days.
Earlier this year in June, a man killed his daughter-in-law for wanting to take her children back to Australia. The 32-year-old Australian woman, Sajida Tasneem was allegedly hacked to death by her axe-wielding father-in-law in Pakistan.
The civil engineer wanted to take her three children back to Perth. Which led to her father-in-law murdering her as refusal. The incident took place in Sargodha, Punjab.
