Maya Ali to Launch Her Own Clothing Line: ‘Maya Pret-A-Porter’

After many celebs started their own clothing line, Maya Ali wants to do so too. The Mann Mayal actress shared the news on Instagram.

““If there is no dream there is no struggle. I and my dear cousins @zainab.qadeer and @ansaqadeeraq are endeavoring to turn our lifelong dream into reality. My belief is cemented now more than ever in the fact that ALLAH always makes away if the intentions are pure. I am absolutely thrilled and a teeny bit nervous to launch MAYA prêt-a-porter. All I need now is your love and prayers. @mayapretofficial”.

Turns out she’s naming the clothing brand, “Maya Pret-A-Porter”. Many from the biz congratulated their comrade on starting a business venture.

This includes starlets Ayeza Khan, Zara Noor Abbas, and business women herself, Minal Khan

Previously twins Aiman and Minal Khan started their own clothing line, as well as sister duo Mawra and Urwa Hocane. While Javeria Saud also has her own clothing brand, all their business ventures are family affairs.

Maya Ali is one of the few celebs to go about this solo. Other celebs that run a clothing brand on their own include Ahsan Khan, Komal Aziz, Areeba Habib,

Komal Aziz is the founder of ‘Omal By Komal‘, a Karachi-based casual and semi-formal pret-wear line. Meanwhile, Ahsan Khan sells traditional menswear. Whereas, Areeba Habib has formal wear and pret-wear line.

Maya Ali emerged as one of the first faces on television when media was privatized in Pakistan and the entertainment industry saw a boom. She started off as a VJ like many other actresses and moved on to work in dramas. From the beginning, she had fans in awe with her cute characters and soft looks.

Her works include Aik Nayee Cinderella, Aun Zara, Khoya Khoya Chand, Shanakhat, Mera Naam Yousuf Hai, Diyar-e-Dil, and Mann Mayal. She then made her film debut with the action-comedy Teefa in Trouble. Later she was seen in another movie, Parey Hut Luv.

Her onscreen chemistry with Sheheryar Munawar had fans shipping the two together and they were then re-cast in Pehli Si Mohabbat.
