Unfortunately, the Damsaa actress is now also battling breast cancer. The actress has tweeted that she’s been diagnosed with stage one breast cancer. She is already seeking treatment and is awaiting surgery.

While her cancer has not progressed past stage one, she has a grade three tumor that must be removed.

Nadia Jamil opened up about the emotional rollercoaster that comes with a fatal diagnosis.
“Felt all sorts of feelings from apprehension,fear, unbeatably huge love to calm,acceptance,patience,overwhelming gratitude & a deep sense of responsibility to my children, parents,loved ones, myself, you,”
She warned women to not stall when it comes to health problems and look after themselves.
“Regular self checks are important ladies! Please act fast if you feel any abnormalities. Do NOT ever ignore your body, your health.”
Fans of the actress were overwhelmed by the news. They encouraged her to fight through this too.
