The Dilruba actress posted a video of herself crying over the ‘disgusting comments’Â aimed to bully women. Meanwhile, Asim Azhar posted a note on how he never addressed the matter, yet now he had to speak up. He said he’s closing this matter for good.
Rabia Butt had the most insightful and kind thing to say on the matter. She called on people who trash-talk about their exes in public because it’s disrespectful to your choices.
“My question is that who’s right and who’s wrong. Let’s not talk about that. We’re talking about whether your ex-lover deserves to be torn apart after a year or two in front of the world. You should respect them, because there was a time when they were your lover, your beloved, your favorite. So for the love of God, respect your choice. Outsiders are always going to talk shit, you don’t need to participate in that.”
The Pehli Si Mohabbat actress also advised people to respect love and not create a spectacle out of it.
“Don’t create a spectacle out of yourself, or that person (your ex) or the word ‘love’. Which you didn’t grow tired of promising each other once,” she said.
