Now that Humaima Malick has revealed the skeleton she kept hidden in her closet for years, here’s Shamoon Abbasi version.
Shamoon Abbasi says that his ex-wife’s social media post about domestic abuse did not name any names, it might have created some confusion.
“Went through the news about the confusion between me and my ex wife Humaima Malick and sort of shocked to see the misinterpretation that is created by her status shared recently.”

Not About Shamoon Abbasi
Shamoon affirms that the post is about another abusive relationship, not his marriage with Humaima. He mentions that he’s good friends with his ex-wife even now.
“She was my wife not a girlfriend. She was in my nikah, so I always respected her and her family and had great moments with them.”
Shamoon Abbasi clarified what he meant by good friends, emphasizing that the two are on good speaking terms.
“Humaima and I have been good friends even after our divorce and always respected each other in general, and in public places.. Even joked about things we shared in the past.”

Sometimes They Fought Like Normal Couples Do
Durj actor Shamoon Abbasi made it clear that his marriage with Humaima Malick was built on respect. He admits that even they’re not perfect.
Abbasi affirmed that he too had fights with his ex-wife like any normal couple. That does not mean that they physically hurt each other.
“Maybe we didn’t agree on few points and argued a few times.. But it doesn’t mean we ever wanted to hurt each other to that extend.Once we parted, she had the entire world to conquer and I knew she will.”
Previously Shamoon Abbasi has acknowledged that he has not been the best husband to his two ex-wives. He carried the blame of the failure of his marriages, attributing it to his personal issues.
“I always thought maybe I was not good enough for her career, though I tried to help as much as I could. And always hoped she gets married to the person that is better for her.”
