While we all know Shoaib Akhtar is a famous sportsman and killer bowler, he’s also the father of two little boys.
This fact about the former world-famous cricketer doesn’t come up often, but he’s more relatable than we think. The Pakistani fast bowler has a YouTube channel where he shares commentary largely on cricket but sometimes life in general.
In fact aside from holding international fat bowling records, Shoiab Akhtar has somewhat of a YouTube record. He managed to garner one million YouTube followers within just three days of launching his channel.

Shoiab Akhtar’s Family
According to the Star Sun Unfolded, the sportsman married the daughter of a Haripur-based businessman back in 2014. Akhtar reportedly met the father of his wife, Mushtaq Khan in 2013 during Hajj. As they became acquainted he asked Mushtaq’s wife to find him a suitable wife.
As the families got involved 21-year-old Rubab Khan wed then 38-year-old Akhar in an intimate ceremony.
Later on November, 7, 2016, Shoaib Akhtar’s first son for born, who he named Mohammad Mikaeel Ali.
He announced the birth of his second son on July, 4, 2019 via Twitter and in a YouTube video. The sports star was adamant about keeping his children shielded from the glare of the spotlight.
Overwhelmed by the feeling of becoming a father again.
