Plenty of parents get into fights over their children but none take it as far as to take a life. A family in Kharianwala area of Sheikhupura killed eight people after a fight between their kids.
The horrific incident took place after two groups got into a fight after their kids argued with each other. Two days later, one family opened fire on the other family as they harvested their wheat crop. Eight members of a family were killed in the massacre, while three others are critically injured.
Even on the day of the dispute when the children were fighting, many people were injured by blows from sharp objects. Two days later they returned with guns to settle scores.

When police heard about the shooting, they arrived on the scene with a large number of officers. Police have registered a homicide case and taken the bodies into custody. The injured have been hospitalized at DHQ Hospital in Sheikhupura.
A search was conducted in the area and an investigation was launched after evidence was gathered.

An Old Feud
According to DESIBlitz, the family of the victims states that police did not take timely action and the feud between the families was old.
The fight between their children just aggravated things. Police were unaware of this dispute. Following the shooting, the family of the victims burned down the houses of the attackers.
