There are very few actresses in the Pakistani industry that shot to fame in minimal time. Sidra Batool is one of them.
Starting her showbiz career as a model, Sidra soon got the lead role in the then Geo TV’s super hit drama serial Yeh Zindagi Hai in 2012.
Her character as Jannat was widely acclaimed and on the back of her performance, she bagged ARY drama serial Daagh.

Since then, she has appeared in multiple drama serials and at least two films including a cameo in Bin Roye, 2016.
Batool bagged the Hum Awards nomination for her performance in Ishq Hamari Galiyon Mein.
Sidra Batool On a Hiatus
She tied the knot with friend Ahsan Qureshi in January 2017 and disappeared from the screen. Her last TV appearance was in 2017’s Shikwa Nahi Kissi Se.

Now, after a break of over two and a half year, Sidra, the mother of a beautiful daughter, is all set to make a comeback.
She delivered the news on her Instagram account just recently. Reportedly, she is working on a 7th Sky Entertainment’s project, which is yet to be named.
Batool shared some pictures from the new serial in the making.
