Sumbul Iqbal recently shared a post in an orange lehnga choli by Tena Durrani. Aside from the warmth of the color all that sparkle had the Meray Khwab Raiza Raiza actress shining bright.
The heavily adorned outfit is called ‘Cara’ and is part of Tena Durrani’s bridal collection. The Dulhan actress paired the look with giant gold hoop ear-rings. The splashes of lilac and blue here and there bring out the warmth of the orange and gold even more.
“Dull gold choli embroidered with hues of lilac and blue, with fully embroidered sleeves and velvet appliquéd on the neckline, worked using dabka, nakshi, sequins, cutdana, crystals and stones. Sleeves have a tissue embroidered appliqué insert.

Although the outfit is supposed to be ‘dull gold’, it’s obviously pretty orange. There’s a stark contrast between the the gold sequins on the lehnga and the fabric. Those sparkly gold details really pop out.
“Dull gold lehnga with vertical lines of colorful sequins work running through, with a heavily worked floral border and embroidered appliqués.”
Nabila Salon did the Aik Pal actress’ make-up and opted to keep everything glowy and gold. By keeping the make-up muted the lehnga choli got to sparkle.
The look originally features a red dupatta, but Sumbul Iqbal opted to pair the look with a sheer dupatta. The chan dupatta intended for the look is sold separately for Rs.15000.
