Every girl dreams of having a perfect wedding. From dresses to décor, ladies want to feel special on their big day. One of the most crucial parts of their wedding is not the groom, but wedding photography. Because let’s face it, it won’t be a wedding without any pictures.
For some, a beautiful garden, a beach or a decorated room is an ideal background. But for one particular bride, the K2 (aka the world’s second-highest mountain peak) is the perfect wedding venue.
Recently, an adventurist from Rawalpindi has gone viral on social media because of her amazing wedding photograph on K2, which located in the Karakoram Range.
Porters, trekker, climbers all sang and danced in Gilgit-Baltistan at Naila’s wedding which took place at the base camp of K2. The adventurous bride left everyone’s jaws on the floor with her breathtaking bridal photo-shoot (complete with a proper bridal dress) in front of Mount Choghori, popularly known as K2.

Photographers often always been suggested that the theme of wedding shoots be set in the northern areas. It is a very popular trend in recent years. But most of these kinds of shoots take place around Murree, Nathiagali or as far as Hunza.
However, Naila Kayani took it to the next level as she had her bridal photo-shoot 8,611 metres above sea level! Naila Kayani said it was her wish to hold the wedding ceremony at K2 Base Camp.
“Now my wish has been fulfilled,” she said.
The adventurous bride is no rookie, as she has gone trekking in high mountains such as Concordia, Brad Pack G1 and G2. We hope her husband is a good climber as well because something tells us that the wedding anniversary might take place on Mount Everest!
