Earlier this week, Shaheen Afridi’s engagement news with former Pakistan cricket team captain, Shahid Afridi’s daughter made rounds on social media. As the engagement was announced, Twitteratis went into the celebration mode.
But a new video has raised eyebrows of the general public as they see Shaheen’s brothers celebrating the occasion with aerial firing.
On Sunday, the fast bowler’s father had confirmed that Shahid Afridi’s family has accepted their proposal and Shaheen is set to marry Afridi’s daughter in two years’ time.
He also said that their families have a longstanding relationship with each other and a formal engagement ceremony will be held soon.
Soon, a wave of celebration and happiness spread all across social media. But a video of Shaheen Afridi’s family is going viral and people are raising concerns.
Shaheen Afridi’s brothers resort to firearms and fireworks
Apparently, his friends, brothers and relatives staged a fireworks show and even resorted to aerial firing to celebrate the engagement.

Airial firing is a crime. These stray bullets can hit anyone and kill someone, destroy life of some innocent people. Airial firing is equal to killing someone. I have seen people getting paralysed, being killed.
